During the 70's The Alfa Romeo Dealer Team ran many Suds and Alfetta's in the BSCC with some success and in 1982 it was decided to run the new GTV6 in class B. The car was sourced through the dealer network and thrown into competition. Bob Dove prepared and developed the car with Jon Dooley piloting. The car continued in ARDT service from 82-85 taking many class wins with  3rd overall in the 83 season and class winner in 84. It was rolled at a sponsers/charity event at the end of 85, rebuilt and subsequently dropped in favour of the new Alfa 75. The poor old war horse was left to gather dust in Mr Dooleys Sheds until 2011 when jon kindley allowed me to remove it and start its long journey back to the track.

always in the thick of it!

Just a few of the many pictures of this historic race car in action throughout its BSCC/ESCC career.
